My sister is moving back home from college and is getting her first apartment in Dallas. I am so excited to have her back in Dallas and closer to me and Matt. She is moving into a one bedroom apartment with a study, and she asked me for some design help in a few places in her apartment, so I will be featuring some rental friendly ways to update your space and make it look like your own.
The first room she asked for my help with was her bedroom. Lane already has distressed white furniture and wanted to keep that, so I was working with that furniture in my design. She also wanted these things in her room:
She wanted color and personality but wanted the colors to be muted and soft.
She wanted warmth and light in the space.
She loves art so she wanted that encorporated into her space.
She wanted dimension and texture in her bedroom.
I love Lane’s style, so I quickly got to work designing the perfect space for her that displayed her personality and style. I came up with two designs. Once with removable wallpaper, and one without removable wallpaper.

Without removable wallpaper:
Here are all the products I used in the design:
Lane loved the design! And I am so glad she did. This is the perfect colorful bedroom for a single bachelorette. I cannot wait to see this come to life in her space.
